Goldberg Kohn has grown since our founding in 1976, from four to over eighty lawyers, by carefully selecting high quality attorneys one at a time. The firm's principal areas of concentration include: bankruptcy & creditors' rights; commercial finance; corporate, securities and tax; intellectual property; labor and employment; litigation; and real estate. These practice groups have been involved in some of the most significant legal matters within and outside of the Chicago region. In addition to its Chicago-based clientele, the firm serves as principal outside counsel to major corporations headquartered elsewhere, and represents clients throughout the U.S. and internationally.
