We can start at the beginning, developing strategies and laying a solid foundation with new websites, social media programs and business development training and coaching. As firms progress, we refine and enhance their strategies and activities by better leveraging resources and introducing targeted programs. We also launch new offices, practice groups and lateral partners. For some firms, the company serves as their Chief Marketing Officer or marketing department.
